Practitioner’s Script: Self-Hypnosis
The Self Hypnosis Script is designed for use by the hypnotist to teach the client how to go into hypnosis. I have recorded this session and use it for my first session. I leave the room while the recording guides the client into hypnosis,then I return and offer suggestions.
