Practitioner’s Script: Building Self -Esteem

This is a wonderful and affirming Hypnosis Script that begins with Acceptance from a loving Being and ends with a light and controlled Age Regression that can be emotional in a positive way for clients. The Age Regression allows for a Healing Inner Child  Experience.

(Always ask what age 7 was like for them as a child before using this Script. I always ask if there was any abuse or any reason going back to age 7 could be unpleasant. If childhood was a very painful time you may chose to leave out the age regression.)

The Pre-Talk is very important as a clarification of what Self-Esteem really is and is not!

Self -Esteem is built upon 3 factors:
1. Unconditional Human Worth

2.Love

3.Growing
